Traditional Black Forest
Three layers of Genoese style Chocolate sponge filled with fresh chocolate cream, kirsch & traditional morello black Cherries. Covered in grated chocolate & decorated with maraschino cherries & chocolate curls.

Chocolate Wrap
The cake is wrapped or paneled in smooth dark chocolate and has large dark chocolate curls covering the top. Any cake can be made into a wrap or panel for an additional $35.00

Fruit Cake
Our fruitcake is medium to dark, packed full of fruit & moist in texture. This recipe has been used traditionally in our bakery for generations. Iced with almond and fondant icing.

Very dense, rich chocolate mud cake with a layer of chocolate ganache through the middle. Iced in ganache.

Pictures can be applied to any cake except fresh cream and are $15.00 on top of the cake price.
