We bake sourdough, grainbread and frenchsticks daily and our specialty fruitbread loaves are baked on Saturday and Sunday.
All Janus Bakkerij bread is fat free and naturally fermented without chemicals!
We can also bake orders especially for you... dinner rolls, croissants, danish pastries, bagels....
